If we have your confirmed order by noon (ET) on December 23, we will FedEx your order at normal packaging and postage charges to ensure that your recipient receives their Pin by December 24!!

2. We will not give a credit or refund for used merchandise.

For orders that are damaged in shipping:

All merchandise is warranted to be free of defects for a period of 30 days from shipping.

If you find that any of our merchandise is defective within the warranty period, simply return it with the original invoice for a free repair or replacement, at our option.

Any damaged caused in shipping is covered under our Return Policy as stated on this site.

Any merchandise that does not meet with you approval may be returned under our Return Policy, which is stated on this site, for a Full Refund.
